Entering the building:

Please ring the intercom at the main entrance door and advise who you are visiting.

Access arrangements and site rules:

Your host will show you around on arrival and make you aware of local fire and safety arrangements. Your host will advise where external smoking is allowed.

Catering and refreshments:

Tea, coffee, and cold drinks are available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided on the day.

As you approach the site there is an 'Expert Academy' signpost that directs you to the customer parking. Free parking is available on site, please park only within the designated bays and reverse park where possible.

Entering the building:

Please enter via the visitor entrance. If the door is locked, please use the intercom.

On entry to the building please wear a face mask, sanitise your hands, and take a temperature test using the wall mounted machines.

Turn immediately left into the main reception area where you will be given a visitors pass once you have signed in. On completion of the days training please return the visitors pass and sign out.

Please wash your hands regularly. We aim to maintain social distancing where possible and require the use face shields / masks on arrival and for moving around the building.

The building and surrounding area is smoke free, and your host will advise where external smoking is allowed.

Lunch will be provided, and you should have been asked of any dietary requirements when your course place was booked. Tea, coffee, and cold drinks are also available throughout the day.

There are no shops in the immediate area so please pre-purchase anything you personally need prior to arrival.

Hartlepool College is located in the centre of town, directly on the A689 dual carriageway. The College has extensive on-site parking facilities. For direct access to our main car park, SatNavs should use TS24 7LB. For bus and rail travel, the College is only three minutes walk from Hartlepool Transport Interchange/Railway Station.
