Directions

Entering the building:

Please enter via the main training centre entrance. If the door is locked, please use the intercom.

You will be greeted by your training manager, who will advise you on the centre’s requirements

facilities.

Access arrangements and site rules:

Access is restricted to the main training centre area, meeting room and toilets located in the main reception. Your host will show you around on arrival and make you aware of local fire and safety arrangements. The building and surrounding area is smoke free, and your host will advise where external smoking is allowed.

Catering and refreshments:

Lunch will be provided, and you should have been asked of any dietary requirements when your course place was booked. Tea, coffee, and cold drinks are also available throughout the day.

There are no shops in the immediate area so please pre-purchase anything you personally need prior to arrival.

On entry to the building please wear a face mask, sanitise your hands, and take a temperature test using the wall mounted machines.

Turn immediately left into the main reception area where you will be given a visitors pass once you have signed in. On completion of the days training please return the visitors pass and sign out.

Please wash your hands regularly. We aim to maintain social distancing where possible and require the use face shields / masks on arrival and for moving around the building.

Please enter via the main training centre entrance advising the staff you are attending an Ideal training day. You will be asked to register your details as well as being advised on the centre’s requirements and facilities.

Access arrangements and site rules:

Access is restricted to the main training centre area and meeting room. The toilets are located at the main entrance to the centre. Your host will show you around on arrival and make you aware of local fire and safety arrangements. The building and surrounding area is smoke free, and your host will advise where external smoking is allowed.

Mobile Phone Policy:

Mobile phones are not permitted in the building and must be left in attendee’s vehicles.
